HEFT Workshops

$1,500-$10,000

Single-day to multi-day workshops for teams.

Every HEFT engagement is built on the same four commitments, in this order of priority:

  • Presence over performance. The best ideas in a room may come from whoever speaks least. Intentional pace setting is how you find them.

  • Attribution over erasure. Credit is a resource. Tracking where ideas come from keeps it from pooling with whoever spoke loudest or last.

  • Systems over willpower. Good people in a bad system will burn out trying to compensate for it. Fix the system first.

  • Practice over policy. A handbook doesn't change a habit. Practicing honest habits, consistently, does.
